LMKC
Let us know if there is anything you wish to us to discuss (use the email link on the Contact Us page)
Minutes are published only after they have been approved (i.e. after the following board meeting).
Memberships provide a large, regular income each year, allowing us to pay for and plan for ongoing activities.
A number of people and local organisations have also given generous donations, either cash or equipment
We run a number of Table Top Sales, most recently the Christmas Fair, in conjunction with the Village Hall group. These give us a significant income
Here you can find Minutes of Board meetings (once they have been approved), as well as any notice and agenda for upcoming meetings. You will find various official documents such as the company articles, GDPR policy (once it has been finalised), etc. in the "Company Documents" section of the About page
Annual General Meeting February 2025
It was great to see such a strong turnout at our AGM last night. There were some really engaging discussions, and it was fantastic to have so many people involved.
A special thank you to Kilchoan Melfort Trust team member Marnik and colleagues for their excellent talk and for sharing insights into their work on the estate. It was truly interesting and appreciated by all.
Were also very grateful to everyone who helped in the kitchen, as well as with setting up and clearing away afterwards. Your support made the evening run so smoothly thank you.
We also wanted to share a quick update following the AGM.
Three of our Directors were standing down, and were pleased to confirm that Stuart Cannon, Liz MacKay and David Wilkie have all been re-elected. Stuart will also continue as Chair for another year.
There are a few changes to Board roles:
